Need to replace sideview mirrors

I have a 2004 dodge ram 1500 and I neeed to replace both side mirrors on my truck they are heated and power. Pls don't ask why it is a long story. lol I just need to know if this is an easy job that I can handle my self and where the best place is to get them

its easy.

remove the "sail" in the door (inside) and remove the 3 nuts. pull mirror, replace.

Very easy to do as stated above. Some mirrors run the wiring down into the door which would involve removing the door panel to be able to disconnect the connector.

I have a set off my 06 u can have for 80 shipped they r power heated i went to tow mirrors so i have no need for my stockers

went with aftermarket i guess they say factory replacement... from autoandart on ebay... 220 for my tows

easiest way, is to go to O rilyes (spelling) and get the glass by itself (cheap) it's a simple matter of using a flat screwdriver to gently pop out the old glass, and using your hand like a fist (using the palm) gently push on both the housing and the glass at the same time to center and insert the tabs for the new glass, I just did it with mine, just make sure you are centered before pushing, and hook up two wires before inserting glass, easy peasy.

I got mine from RockAuto and haven't had any problems.
