i have a ram 2014 outdoorsman, lifted about 5 inches or so. bought it from a truck dealership (not a ram one).

My catalyst converter was cut off while parked at work. Took it to a ram dealership service. They say that it damaged my O2 sensor as well. Gave me the cost of 4K. Waited for like 2.5 weeks for the parts to come. Then it finally fixed yesterday.

But i noticed that the noise is still louder than before. Can't pin point where exactly. The noise feels like the windows on the passenger side is always open while it's not. there's also a chemical smell that i think is coming from the exhaust. I can smell it a tinge from the driver side especially after I park my truck after a long drive.

is it something i should be worried about?

Could be an aftermarket cat, high flo or w/e but id bring it back in and have them double check their work

Exactly my thoughts.

If they put in a full set of LT headers and cats, with new O2 sensors then that would be about right for parts and labor to remove old and reinstall new kit.

You got bent over something fierce.
