New double din stereo , but no alarm or locks?

Hello, I recently just installed a double din, which required me to bypass a factory amp, doing that, required me to open the doors and rewire the speakers to the double din, when I try and use the key fob, it doesn’t work, when I open the door, the lights don’t come on or give me a type of tone when getting in, I have checked all connections to the radio and there’s no wires I may have accidentally cut or left hanging, they’re all crimped, and zip tied. Any help?
