Hey everyone I recently bought my first Dodge. Always have loved Dodge over everything. I got a good deal on a 2004 1500 with the 5.7 Hemi and 93k miles. The truck already stock sounds great. I want true dual exhaust and a louder truck. I want it to be super deep idle and scream when I open it up. Yet not wake up the neighborhood when I want to be stealth. I was told by a coworker that the AT3030 mufflers were the best way to go. If I got two of those I'd be happy. Well I was wondering what everyone else is running? Im not a huge fan of the flowmasters. I think those are to muscle car-ish. I want it to idle loud but not too loud and breathe in restricted.

I really liked my 18" Magnaflow. It had a nice deep tone with no drone and sounded good when you got on it.

Two at3030's should def make it loud. Just to throw this out there though, I've read many post's that state a loss of low end power will occur after going from two into one to dual exhaust. My truck has the factory setup and will rip some ass on the low end side so no dual exhaust for me. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I also believe that the Jones Turbine is the same thing as the Aero Turbine and about 30 bucks cheaper.

yul wake the neighbors with 3030's... I would do a big magnaflow (has a deep muscular tone) and do cutouts when you want to scream!!! I'm a little louder than stock but with the cutouts open, will make a truck with AT's sound like a Prius. Loud incab gets old pretty quick... I love having options.

So you think I should go with just one at3030? I wanna be as loud as I can get but keep my power. Its got a cap and work tools in rear and I race a lot so all power is needed! What would you do with the at3030?
