They just came out with this not to long ago. This used to be exclusive with the alpine x009 ram, which was 4000$

So do you need a maestro module or is that a stand alone chipset that gets wired in?

Didn't someone try this a couple months ago with no success with apple play or something?

I think you need meastro.

They did, not sure if Apple play was the issue. But that chip was specifically for the x009

Mine came in yesterday. Got it off a ebay store from 792motoring. My pioneer 7200 should be here tomorrow. Hopefully it's a smooth install and the USB will work
