Hi Guys,
Back story first - got married for the second time a week ago. i didn't want a wedding ring because i really hate jewelry and don't like rings. anyway, instead of ring my wife bought me a 2002 ram 1500 quad cab 4x4.
it's an awesome truck and I've wanted a truck since i sold my last one in 02 to buy a minivan. still drive minivans, but now I've got my truck back.
so here are the details:
4.7l V8
auto tranny
4x4 - shift in the floor
everything works (even the A/C) but the stereo - appears that the front door speakers are cooked.
here is a pic:

the truck just needs back brakes to safety, which are being done as we speak.
i started buffing and compounding the rear driver door and it came back really nice, here is the before:

and here is the after:

looking forward to bringing this back to life, it only as 138,000kms or around 80000 miles so there is lots of life left in it. i'm hoping to get another 10 years out of it. it does need some body work and oil changes are the first order of business once i get the safety.
i'm certain there will be tonnes of questions as i get into this. i haven't had a toy for myself in years! thanks in advance,
Chris
