New Headlights...which ones?

I have looked through may post on here and looked through Amazon and other sites looking for new headlight housings. I bought the truck new a month or so ago and the driver side light is fadded bad. I tried mothers light repair kit and it helped but didn't make it very clear. It is pretty much DOA and I want some new housings. I seem to find a whole lot of them for the Halogen lights but not for the projectors.

Any help would be appreciated since most of them I find are around 400 or so

Just checked eBay and I found a set for 290

I found some that look pretty good. I want to get LED's for them. Do I need a 9005 and a 9012 for the high and low beams if I have the projectors?

Man those are some good looking lights but I can't swing that price right now.

So I need the 9005 for lows, 9006 and 9012 for the projectors high and low and the fog lights?
