These don't have that problem.
from a dead start, they take about 3-5 seconds to reach full operation.
When you flip the highs, the lows stay on.......no blip. The cutoff in the projector lowers and you get a nice BRIGHT light.
If you have 10-20 seconds of no light..........your kit is jacked, or something else is WAY wrong.
