I think you should put them on the opposite seats.
So they're both looking away from each other.

I agree, That way they are looking at you when you go to get into the truck.

I think they're on the correct sides. The way they are in now, the skeleton's hand looks to be coaxing you to get in, but if you switch them, it loses that effect. And the face does appear to be looking at you. It's more of a sinister sideways stare.
