Hello folks. I've been daily driving a Wrangler for the past 10.5 years, but have experienced increasing needs to have a truck back in my life. (I drove pickups for 20+ years before getting the Jeep, most recently a 2007 Titan.)

My dream truck would be one of the last Ram configurations that was offered with a manual transmission, but in the meantime, I just need a truck to do truck things. I was really keen on getting my first Ram, and my first Hemi. I picked up this 2017 Express over the weekend:

Just under 68k miles and appears to have been left in stock condition. Got a few dents and dings, but this Blue Streak is really a great looking color. Having other financial priorities at the moment, I doubt I'll get into suspension mods, but these city slicker 20 inch rims and tires have got to go. In the new year I hope to get some cheap 17 inch rims and AT tires. (Is there a demand out there for these chrome stock rims, or will I just have to trash them?) Quite likely my other mods will pertain to cargo management and cosmetics.

I'm just now beginning to wander around the forums, and this seems to be quite an active community. Looking forward to learning...

p.s. I really missed that V8 rumble!

AleYeah, welcome. Just want to give you a heads up about wheels. I bought new a 2015 Laramie with chrome wheels. Thing is,I think they have a plastic chrome cover over them, but you cannot tell by looking at them. Anyway, my Ram will be 10 years old, and they still look amazing. No chips, peeling, nothing. So if you are you are fine with a stock look, they last forever. You probably could find a used set cheap.
