New tires

I put about 25,000 miles on the Goodyear Eagles (285/45r22). Replaced them with Goodyear Fortera SL (305/45r22). No rubbing at normal ride height.

The difference in tire height is about 0.80" so the speedometer will be a few miles per hour slower.

As quiet. The Goodyear Eagles were very quiet. Discount Tire set the pressure at 36 and it's cushy in comparison. I'll probably bump them up to 40 psi

I won't bother with calibrating the speedometer. It's less than an inch taller so it won't be off enough to get me in trouble.
