Anyone running the Goodyear Wrangler Workhorse AT-LT tires? I had Goodyear Wranglers on my Silverado 4x4 and loved them, but since I now have a 4x2 and still occasionally go a little off-road (muddy/slippery/wet grassy) I'm going to want the more aggressive tread than came on the OEM Firestone Transforce HT that I currently have. These are what I'm looking at:

Looks like they run about the same price, so that part is a wash.
I got 3, 4th one for $1.00 from Dealer, OTD price $836.00. Now these are C rated, not E rated, not need that much tire. Wanted aggressive tread and capabilities, just not need the extra Load Rating.

Even the E rated seem to be the same price.

Dunno, but since U got a 2500, U may want the E rated. Especially if same price. I can tell U I lost 1 to 1 1/2 mpg going from crapola SRA's to the Falkens. Just that much more better tire, more rubber on the road, road resistance and lil extra weight ref tires. All IMHO.

Sorry, that's my $0.02

Anything but that brand!

Oh yeah, I'll want the E-rated tires. I still tow a lot so I need the weight capability, and even if I get a little less MPG or they ride a little bit rougher it's worth it for the higher rating.

I dunno, I got at least the mileage warranty on the ones I had on my Silverado. I remember the first set had a 50,000 mile warranty and I got almost 60k out of them.
Have you considered General Tires? The General Grabber A/TX are a solid all terrain tire and seem to be around the same price as the Goodyears at least that's what I'm seeing on TireRack. I had them on my previous 2016 1500 and was very happy with them all around. They also offer an E-rated version for basically the same price.

Good luck!
I'll look...thanks.

Tulecreeper, Did you get these? I'm looking at the Wrangler Authority AT or the Cooper Discoverer AT...$30 difference. Wondering how it worked out for you? We have to be ready to Uber the jarheads!:)

The AT is a slightly less aggressive version of the Duratrac. The ATs are quieter on the highway, good tread life and still pretty good bite off road. They are also better on ice than the Duratrac. For the price and warranty not a bad deal.

The Duratrac is the highest rated in its class, the AT has a very large number of higher rated competitors.

I find the Tire Rack ratings very useful, and pretty accurate.
