Bought my 2015 ram 1500 a few weeks ago and I have a couple questions you guys probably could answer for me. I attached a picture to this post, I hope it shows up but I have the 20inch rims they came from factory blacked out. Just curious on what the width of the rims are. What are some cool mods to do to the truck. I've already started to buy a few things for this beast first on my list are the led vertical cubes from rough country for new fog lights next on my list is probably new speakers. Thanks for looking and post a pic of your truck too! Thanks everyone

Get that sucker leveled with some Bilstein 5100s. Nice truck though. I believe the width of the OEM rims is 8 or 9"

Hang around this forum long enough, and you'll end up with enough mods to spend all of your money. I'm not positive, but you can add the Bilsteins to level your truck out, then add the lift later and still be able to keep the Bils... and you'll stay level after the lift.

What's the purpose of leveling? Is that just a 4x4 thing?

Couple of reasons... 1) It takes away the "rake" from the factory. It raises the front end to be level with the rear of the truck. That way it doesn't look like the truck is doing a nose dive. 2) It does allow for larger diameter tires to be used up front without having to add a lift. Not Huge tires, but a size or 2 bigger without any rubbing on the wheel wells.
