My 2001 360 is growing old with my dad now, but after 330k miles, I've seen a thing or two.
Well, you didn't mention anything about the dash falling apart so I assume yours has already been replaced.
I wish the paint on mine looked as good as yours, and unless that is a new grille, I am curious how it looks so good. The "chrome" on mine wrinkled up and peeled off in the wind.
How about a foot of heater hose on the A/C condenser box drain to prevent dirt from being blown into it and eventually plugging the drain? I don't mind my feet getting wet in the shower but not when I'm driving, but that's just me.
The bottoms of the doors are known to rust out. I wonder if some Fluid Film on the inside of the doors might prevent that?
Take a look at the throttle body valve. If it's caked with carbon, some SeaFoam will clean it up. If you pour a little into the TB while it's running, you'll have smoke rings floating throughout the neighborhood, but it's supposed to clean the upper engine carbon deposits. Not too much, or you'll choke the engine out. Wait until the engine is off to wipe off the carbon with the rag.
