New to me 2017 Ram 3500

Hello! Just traded my 71k miles 2021 Ram EcoDiesel Longhorn for a 85k miles 2017 Ram 3500 single axel mega cab, 6.7L and Aisin. Truck is one owner, super clean Laramie with roof and tech. New tires being installed and a new head unit. Traded my truck and gave 6k. I think that was a smoking deal! Has a hard tonneau cover, no 5th wheel installed. My main concern was longevity with the ecodiesel. I have a heater grid kit coming. Did I screw up doing this? Comments on what I need to be aware of?

Being its a 2017 that means you can easily put it on a diet, btw what's a head unit?

Head unit is the LCD radio screen. It was faulty.
