I am new to the forum. Looks like y'all have a great community going here. Since i was a little kid i have always wanted a Ram (back then it was a Dodge Ram). I am on the look out for a Ram right now. I am hoping to get a 2015 while the 2016 come out so i can get that little extra off the sticker price. One of the reasons i am looking is because i just started a new job with a longer commute. Right now i am driving a 2006 Silverado and i am getting 13-14mpg. I have always wanted a Ram and i am looking for something more fuel efficient to get more out of my tank. my daily commute is about 30 miles 50/50 on the city and hwy and i travel across Texas 3-4 times a year. Also, i would still like to effectively pull a trailer, nothing too extreme, just like a uhaul. I have been looking at the ecodiesel models. Any input or advise from you experts would be appreciated!
