I recently purchased a new to me 2011 Ram 1500 and downloded teh dealer build sheet. Is the 3.92 Rear axle good or bad? Also says it has the anti spin differential and 5 speed 545RFE trans

What size tires are you running?

If stock... it should be a good around-town and towing ratio. Off road. Probably not tops for maxing fuel economy as a lower ratio would be. But I doubt you bought the truck to get high MPG's. It is what it is. Depends what you do.

I got the big off road tires and a 4" lift kit. Not worried about gas mileage for sure. 12.5" x 35" on 20" Mayhem wheels
