Picked her up yesterday with a hell of a deal and extremely smooth transaction.
Averaging 15.4 overall on the way home doing 80mph and im sure I can get another couple out of it.
1st thoughts. Coming from a 2500 Cummins with a 5 inch lift and 37's the 1500 rides like its on pillows!!
It has the safety group on it. The adaptive cruise control is a bit strange. At the highest setting on I95 it will brake about 200ft behind another vehicle. Lowest setting is about 100ft. Not sure how often I will use it.
The lane assist again is a strange feeling. Let go of the wheel and when it drifts left or right it steers itself back in to your lane. Again, strange.
If you don't have the 12" display your are really missing out. Amazing what it can do, setup and control so when I get in mirrors, seat, radio channel, climate control and seat ventilation goes automatically where I set it up at.
The 23 speaker HK stereo is amazing and the bass from 2 little 4" subs is really surprising.
On a side note, we want a Hellcat or Scat Pack Charger. They happened to have a used Challenger. He threw me the keys and of course I used the red key for all 707hp and me and my wife went for a spin. Now if you've never driven one, when you start it, it lets you know its out to get you. At 65mph I punched the throttle and that ***** spun the tires twisting sideways!! I loved it and would have pushed her really hard but my wife was screaming non stop and I thought she was gonna bail out. Truly a beast.
The carven exhaust will be here Wednesday. Tint tomorrow. 6" lift and 35s are a bit further out but not long.
