New truck!!

Whats up guys i just leased a new ram ( im to broke to buy one ). Happy to have a truck i can finally tow my car with and take hunting!. Atleast for 3 years until i lease another one.

I got a 2014 Ram 1500 express Black edition with 5.7 Hemi. With the 8 speed transmission. Crew Cab short bed.


- Some questions.
What drop receiver do you guys recommend for a car trailer with a car on it. Dont want to spend the money twice. ( 20 inch rims )?

- Also what else is good to recommend to store in the truck.. Hitch d ring and tow rope in case?

andd looking to buy a bed cover. dont want anything to expensive. Also dont want to have to do any drilling or anything. Can anyone recommend one?

Nice looking truck! I personally keep a pretty extensive setup in my truck. But the basics are always good, tow rope and rings, basic 1st aid, and supplies. Extra cloths depending on your climate etc are also a good idea. Think about the things you might need in a few emergency situations and plan accordingly. Tools are only worth carrying if you'll actually use them. If you have any hobbies carry the basics for those as well.

Remember you have give the truck back at the end of the lease, so those items have put on, have to come off and the truck needs to be returned in the same state that you bought it in.
(I may be wrong here, I have never leased a vehicle. Well,...I have, but I paid it off before the lease was up and own it. Maybe someone that leases can chime in.)

not looking to do anything crazy... bed cover comes off, hitch reiceiver just pulls out lol.. and possibly do air bags. which i can just remove from the center of the spring.

He's not saying he's modding anything. You're right though, no permanent mods on a lease. If you're looking for a tonneau I got the Tonnopro Trifold its under $300 and installed with quick clamps fast. No permanent mountings.

Thanks nice truck just got one for my daughter I would paint the center caps black I did hers pink and have black lug nuts on the way as the chrome just doesn't go.
