Newb Question - what does MAR stand for in regards to key position ?

I have been researching on how to change the tire size on my truck using AlfaOBD. I know the meaning of placing the key in the "Run" position, but was does it mean to place the key in MAR ? Thank you in advance.

For AlfaOBD, MAR is their way of saying turn the ignition to the run position.

MAR means Multimedia, Accessory, Radio (European term)…in the US it means “ON” position as previously stated.
