I have a 2016 Ram 1500 Tradesman 2WD. How do I know if the rear is a LSD. I would like to change the oil in the rear axle with Redline 75w-140 synthetic. I have been reading and there is an additive to add if it is LSD.

Just go to this website https://fcacommunity.force.com/RAM/s/equipment-listing and it will tell you if your truck has limited slip or not. Also Redline gear oil already has the additive in it so no need to worry about that.

Two ways...
#1— do a burnout and see if you have 1 or 2 marks
#2 support the rear of the truck where both wheels are free to spin... safely! Rotate a wheel and if they spin in the same direction boom lsd. If opposite directions open diff.

If you choose #2... always verify with #1

So if it shows, Anti-Spin Differential Rear Axle, is that the same as LSD?

Yes that would be correct, they are one in the same.
