My new, 2500 Laramie with 500 miles and one month old, now has black screen. Nothing! No heat controls or anything. Have read about the reset and I’ll try that but not getting a warm and fuzzy feeling for this new truck. Wishing I had my GMC back. I’ll take it to the dealer as soon as this 6” of snow melts.

Yep. Sat in the drive during snow event yesterday and when I got in it today it was working. Intermittent problem, great. Hard to solve for the dealer.
