Any advice on this ..I added a RDA92RB Jensen 2 channel amp hooked up accordingly, turn key on let it pair with Bluetooth, it recognizes it but not noticing a difference in loudness, yes properly grounded, 12 volt switched wire connection where it needs to be, I’m using the high level inputs because it suggests it because no RCA’s to factory head unit and no control of the app’s functions, it says I’m connected and lastly I reset it and still nothing..

I recently connected a Jensen RDA92RB 2 channel amp hooked through the hi level inputs as it states in directions and other connections as well, I have it connected through my rear speakers hoping to get a little more louder but I’m not noticing a difference, rechecking everything and all correct, what I’m missing?

Which speakers is it driving? Did you run new wires from the Amp to each speaker?

driving the rear speakers and yes ran new wires tapped off them
You may not notice much difference from the rear speakers due to their location. Many opt to amplify the dash and front door only for this reason and drive the rears off the head unit.

Other than that, you can try YouTube and see if there are any specific setup tips for the amp in question. That being said, you have sound so at least you know the amp is working.

Ok SitKneelBend, did a you tube search a lot tells me check speakers, wires, rca in which I can’t use factory 8.4 I connect remote turn on wire etc… did all suggestions I watched in which I thought related but no avail. And yes also took amp back exchange for new one same exact thing happens. And it tells me to use hi-level inputs due to no rca connection to factory radio just doesn’t make sense

Did you adjust the gain on the amp? That part number doesn't exist, so I can't look it up, but doesn't it have physical dials/knobs to adjust loudness, cutoff, etc?

SitKneelBend, ok i did search not much in relation to my issue and even brought back in exchange for new one same issue. If you google yourself and look at troubleshooting guide nothing suggests along exact manual that came with it, was letting you know to look it over if you feel to see if I might be missing something and appreciate your advice giving

Setting the gain as mentioned above is another good thing to look into. Also make sure the audio isn't faded to the front (and that the fader works). I use hi level input in my truck and have no issues with loudness. Where did you tap for input?

This guy goes over settings. I've never dealt with an app only amp, so zero help from me. I didn't even know they made amps without physical controls.

That model doesn’t come up. Sure it’s not a XDA92RB? https://jensenmobile.com/shop/ampli...SLRX7DvM3So9wIGA05mZiCcDJcyAAN69iL8uBsRzeLkuv
If so it absolutely has a manual gain adjustment. As well as bass boost, frequency and xover. Make sure all speakers are wired correctly, polarity matters. Next set fade to full rear on head unit. Put volume to 85% of max. Next manually adjust the gain until speakers start to clip then back it down a couple clicks. It will be loud af. Now adjust the fade to the front where you like it and readjust the gain to sound balanced. If you aren’t amping the fronts, 600w to just the rears is crazy. They will over power the front sound stage making the system very unbalanced. Fade and gain can help. Your immediate next move needs to be amping the fronts. You also aren’t gaining much if that amount of doesn’t have bass correction as the head until rolls the bass way down to save the stock speakers. You would of been way ahead to replace stock speakers and amp the front with a bass correcting amp similar to the kicker key.

Click that from your link and you’ll see the version of the amp, I to don’t really care for app based apps for electronics, I was just thinking with all these telematics and body control modules on our trucks it might make sense to them to recognize something modified or …the case be. I did replace the speakers all four with infinity I haven’t yet to replace the dash yet, slowly doing this without wifey knowing…lol she hates when I spend money on something for me but ok for her lol. I was thinking as well trying wiring to the front. I failed to tell I do also have an infinity powered sub to but at the moment I disconnected it for process of elimination of the issue. I also watched that video you linked to post not much help.. I’ll keep tinkering till I figure out until then keep sharing your thoughts everyone and thanks for your input much appreciated
