no crank

i have a 2014 ram 3500 6.7 cummins.
no crank and no lights on dash just message " remote start disabled"
key fob buttons work
horn and truck lights work
batterys good
scanner will not link to truck
i can jump relays to make motor run but shifter stays locked in park,

any help please

check your fusible links usually on or near the battery terminal also un hook battery for a while

Before you start throwing parts at it,load test the battery. Buy one of these old school toaster testers,they're still one of the best tools a home mechanic can have in their toolbox,plus they're alot better then the digital testers most places use now-a-days.
