I have a 2014 2500 Cummins. Is it ok to not have had a regeneration in over 3 years and 25000 miles?

I had a 2016 3500 , 7 years and around 75000 miles on it . It only did 2 active regens, where it actually tells you. However these trucks do a passive regen while driving and you don't know it's happening .
After a drive have you got out of your truck and notice a slight smell like burnt rubber , it's was doing a passive regen .
You could put a tuner in the measures exhaust gas temp and that would tell you , other than that drive it like you stole it.

It has regened many many times, you just don't know it. There is no guage or indicator on the gen 4's to tell you when it is in a normal regen, only if the DPF get's full will you see one.
