Did you use the uconnect button? Try to push the sos or uconnect button again and see if your radio sound comes on. Had this happened to me and I pushed the sos button and my radio sound came back. Just a thought

Thanks, didn’t think to hit the SOS button. I did hit the assist, it connected but no sound. Woke up early this morning and the sound was back like Magic lol. I’m still having the dealer do a full diagnostic test on it tomorrow

Happened to me once. Volume level on 10 but no sound. Turned off engine for a few minutes and back to normal.

Hopefully by now you have cured this issue, but I ran into a small problem with it early on after buying mine. Turns out my finger was hitting the mute button when I used the knob instead of the toggle on the steering wheel. It was driving me nuts for awhile until I figured out what I was doing. I just had to adjust my grip and not "drag" my other finger.

I've had the same problem... shutting the car completely off (and opening the door) seemed to revolve it. I also had a similar issue with the touch screen... again, shutting the truck completely off and restarting resolved the problem. Not something I want to continue doing!

I have had a couple of Challengers that will do this. Sound goes away for no reason. My 2008 SET would do it several times a year. I just unhook the battery cable for a few seconds and it always resets and sound is back. Only had it happen once in my Hellcat and once in my new Ram.

I had this happen to me. Hit the band button, center of the right button on the back of the steering wheel, to cycle through the am/fm/xm/phone options. Audio will come back on. Should work from there.

This happens to me on a weekly basis. I get into my 2019 Rebel to go to work in the morning and there is no sound. not the radio, not through Bluetooth, not even the warning sounds from getting too close to an object. then once i work a full day and get in the truck to go home the radio comes back on. It's very frustrating and unsafe. the dealer has not been able to figure out what the problem is and I've given up trying. i am almost to the point of getting rid of the truck because of it. this week it has happened twice and I hope this is not a sign of it happening more often.
