No start problem

Went out last night to move my 2010 Ram 1500 into the garage, but it wouldn't start. Just a click when turning the key. I tried the other key, but same results.
The battery seems okay ( I just came home about an hour earlier ) and I checked the cable connections which were also okay. Tried it this morning again and same results. Everything else seems normal, except the wipers swipe once when trying to start, and the clock in the radio has gone to 12:00. Could this be a ground problem, or ignition switch? Looks like a tow to the dealer is in order!

The battery seems okay

I would simply have the battery checked.

Do you have a charger, can you jump it?

If it's the original battery, I'm kinda surprised it lasted this long,,,
