No start

I have an 1984 d150 with 5.2 can not get it to start, I have checked fuel is good and have checked spark which is good I cant even get it to try to start on starting fluid, ran fine till one day it started this. Cap rotor wires plugs coil were all changed maybe 3 months ago and it ran fine till recently

have you tried putting the old coil back on it?

Check the timing chain. It's probably worn to the point it has jumped timing. Bring number 1 cylinder up on tdc compression and see where the rotor points. Most likely about 45 degrees off.

Need a little more info. Does it even pop or backfire through either the carb or exhaust when you try to start it? How did you test it for spark? Bottom line is IF you have gas and a good spark, then I'd go straight to timing.
