Now wut?

I got a code that read PO207. I replaced the injector on #7 and still have the code and miss. 97 5.9. Background, I was driving when at above 40mph (when the trans shifted into high gear and lugged down) I got a horrible vibration. When I pulled into my shop, I had developed a miss. Oh,if I kept it in 2nd gear and the rpm's up, it was fine. Heeeeelp!

Did you replace the spark plug, plug wire, and the one injector on # 7? If so, then it's time for a compression test on all the cylinders and see if # 7 cylinder has the same compression or within 10 psi of the other 7 cylinders.
