Ok, the cat was giving me problems so I gutted it. It's a 99, so I'm aware of the o2 sensor problems. My buddy at an exhaust shop guided me through the whole process. I did the old anti-fouler trick and used two, with the top one drilled out and the bottom one let be... he did it on his dodge and it was all good. 50 miles in, i threw a code. I was thinking it was reading lean so I took one out and ran it with just one non fouler. I also reset the pcm by disconnecting the negative for the 30 minutes I was changing it. I threw a code at the end of the road. I'm wondering if it threw the code because it was reading rich, or if the code popped back up because it threw it the first time and didn't clear.
