What is a good programmer to change my wheel size and program my ecu to enable my trailer brake module?

You wouldn't program the ECU, it would be the BCM (Body Control Module) and AlfaOBD would be the recomended tool. There is many threads on it here in the forum.

Thanks, I was trying to find the AlfaOBD. But looks like you down load to computer only. Is that correct? And not an apple has to be a windows?

You can download it to a windows PC or an android device, smartphone or tablet. I don't believe it is apple compatible.
