Can anyone on here tell me if these headers are any good? I have heard first hand that the ARH's are great from a couple of others that have had them installed on their 2500's w/6.4. Those are about a $1,000 more & I just can't get myself to spend that much for them right now.

I'm going to go with the AFE twisted tubes. yes they are 2 grand with cats. It will be a while before I can get them, but since I own a 66k truck I can wait to make sure I have the best stuff on it.

I know from experience with their turbo manifolds on 4g63s were horrible.

Thin metal and horrible welds leading to cracking.

Flanges warped as well.

That was about 5 years ago. But I have no personal experience with their LTH.

Maybe their quality has improved.

I had a set of OBX Stainless headers on my 03 Silverado SS and they fit great. Had them on for 5 years before I sold it and they were still holding strong. I have not seen a set for the rams though to compare.

Do you have a set on your truck? Is it bad welds or poor fitment?

I do not, i have had a turbo manifold and a set of headers in the past and had multiple issues with both.

Headers had fitment issues and could not fix leak at x-pipe due to the flanges being oval shaped instead of round

Turbo mani eventually developed a leak at a weld less than a year later. Also had to have the turbo flange machined as it was warped and leaked no matter what gasket i tried.

I suggest staying far away and going with headers that are proven like ARH

I completely agree, as I stated above. Same issues.
