Does Anyone know where I can find the oem Fender flares or if they are even available to purchase?

You could go to the dealer snag a vin off one with them, go to parts and see if they can get them.

The part number shows to be 82214281ac it does show it will fit the 2019 but also shows to fit other years so I would check with a local dealer and see.
