Off Road Group Shocks

Does anybody know if the optional "Off Road Group" Hitachi HD shocks have Frequency Response Damping like the standard shocks do?

Are you talking about for the 1500? I've never heard of an off-road group having Hitachi shocks. I know the HD 2500 and 3500 shocks on the off-road package are the yellow Bilstein 4600 shocks.
