Oil filter plug tool for Hemi?

Has anyone seen a version of the tool below made to fit the 22x1.5 threading on the Hemi oil filters? (the one below is made for the 1-16 thread on the 6.7 CTD filters).

Interesting. I've never seen anything like it. I would think that by the time one would screw this device onto the filter, you'd probably spill some, or could have had the filter out.
