Hello,
I think I already know the answer what will follow, but did anyone already seen this? Water is leaking by the threads of oil temperature sensor on oil filter housing (oil cooling route). I suspect this part of block is cracked. I don't think this can be repaired without replacing lower part of block, right? I don't think welding will be durable enough.
I'm thinking to plug cooling lines going in and out of this housing and not utilizing oil cooling feature for time being.
I'm not sure why this part is so rotten, maybe because of all the salt on the roads...
I think some of engine oil also contaminated water coolant.
