I have a 2003 Hemi with 202,000 miles. The oil pressure has started dropping to 0 when warmed up and at idle. It goes back up when the engine rpm's go up when I take off from a stop. I'm thinking either the oil pump is going out, or the bearings are worn. Anything else to consider?

have you verified the pressure is dropping off with another pressure gauge? (To check if the dash gauge is correct).
After that you may want to pull the pan and check the oil pump pickup. It's possible with that many miles the bearings maybe worn and leaking a bit much for oil pump to keep up at low rpms.
