oil pressure

Hi everyone, I have a 2016 ram 1500 5.7 hemi. I got in a fender bender and bent my bumper in slightly. Since then, my truck starts up fine and I have 55psi for oil pressure. after 20 mins of running it slowly drops and eventually gets down to 0. I replaced the oil pressure sensor, did 2 oil changes, i changed the plugs and coil packs. There is no noise or anything out of the ordinary coming from the engine. there is also no damage anywhere passed the bumper. PLEASE HELP

But seriously, perhaps the jolt knocked something out of whack.

Any codes come up on the dash and/or the engine running differently when the oil pressure reading indicates zero?

thanks will try to look over it all im still getting miss fire on # 4 was replaced but still pops up

If you never had an issue with the oil pressure reading or the misfire before the accident, I would suspect that something got jarred loose. Keep in mind that a misfire can be caused by something besides the coil and plug. For future reference I don't recommend just slapping new parts on it as you could do some basic diagnosis pretty easy at no cost. Just swap existing parts between cylinders. If you have a misfire on cylinder #4 and you swap the coil packs between maybe #4 and #2, and the misfire stays on #4 it's obviously not the coils. You can do the same with the plugs.
I would look closely for any wiring harness anywhere around the bumper or damaged area. Especially any grounds around that area.
