Just got my Mufflex DODM80 Muffler Delete on today.

Took alot of course words, tons of hammering and rubber mallet use, and my dremel, impact gun, and many other random tools lol but I finally got it on and WOW. My truck sounds so great. Super happy with how it sounds now.

So here's an update.

I took off the Flowmasters muffler and put on a Mufflex DODM80 Muffler Delete Kit.


^^^^ Dude my truck sounds so fricken mean with this Mufflex Y-Pipe. I love how it sounds now.


I also sold the SRT-10 wheels and bought some new wheels and tires for the truck.

20x9 -12 Fuel Octanes
33x12.50 Federal Couragia Tires

Also picked up some Bushwacker OEM Style Fender Flares . They are going for paint soon.


Also bought a 6" Rough Country lift. Should be here later today or tomorrow. Can't wait!!!


There's probably a few small things I did that I'm forgetting or missing but overall those are the major changes. After I get the lift on and a front bumper light bar, I'm going to wrap my truck in some Vvivvid Vinyl. Not sure of the color im going to go with just yet, but I've narrowed it down to a few choices.

Can't wait to lift my truck and wrap it in some sick color....

I know lol me too. The lift and the vinyl wrap are really going to change the entire truck. It will literally look like a completly different truck. I'm so fricken excited lol.

Yea I basically went from the "sport/street" look to the "pre-runner/off-road" look. Got tired of the "race truck" look and finally decided the final direction the truck is going. Can't wait.

Give me a minute to put together a collage of the Vvivvid vinyl colors I've narrowed it down to so i can put all the color samples in one photo... I'll let you guys help me decide which color to go with.

So here is the 8 colors of Vvivid Vinyl that I have narrowed my choice down too. I know 8 different colors is alot but I just can't pick which color as I literally love them all. I might order small 3"x4" samples because they are only $0.99 each so that's like $8 and I can see them in person which would probably help me make my decision alot easier.

I really really like the Midnight Purple. I know I've never seen a Midnight Purple 4th Gen Regular Cab and I've also never seen a Viper Lime one either. There might be one out there somewhere but I've yet to come across it online.

It's cool if you don't, everyone has their own taste and I'm one of those people who actually support others critiquing my truck (and others vehicles) and voicing their opinion against what I've done. Everyone likes their own style and not everyone will like what you choose to do to your vehicles and I think it's a good thing when some people don't like your choices... it means your truck isn't like everyone elses and is unique.

For sure, WELLLL worth the 8 bucks lol. For the record I dig the purple, i just see it as making your truck blend in vs stand out but the samples will definitely help you out

Crazy enough I actually found a 4th Gen Regular Cab Ram with a Gloss Purple wrap. I found his Instagram user name and messaged him and he said that it is a wrap, not Plastidip, but I'm waiting to hear back on what brand Vinyl and what color he used but I wouldn't be surprised if he replied and said it was the Vvivid Midnight Purple as it looks so close to it.



I'm going to see if I can find any other 4th gens with wraps that look like the other colors I chose.
