Jesus Christ you weren't kidding!!! Took me 30 minutes for each flare and I only got the front 2 done lol... I'm going to start working on the back 2 flares in a few minutes. I used a sharp large pocket knife and finally found a method that worked rather quickly.

I picked up 2 15ft rolls of the 1/2" 3m double sided tape yesterday.

Gonna look so much better now with the 20's and oem flares....at least IMO

Yes... yes it does. Hopefully I'll have the flares on by later today but I washed the truck yesterday and took some pictures with the new 20" Chrome clads.

Also picked these up off ebay. Seller had them listed at $39.99 each but I could buy them brand new for $31 off of a Mopar site. I used the Make An Offer button on eBay and offered him $25 each with free shipping. He accepted and they are already on their way with UPS.

So now all I need is the Radio Bezel and the front & rear brackets and I'm ready to do my console swap [emoji16] [emoji16] [emoji16]

Have you driven my truck? Have you seen the light output? Actually I have not had ONE Driver flash me or honk or anything. My lights are properly adjusted and they don't blind anyone.

Drivers Seat photo, notice the sides of the road my light pattern does not shoot off into the trees. It's about 2-3 feet up into the grass.


If you look at the first 2 photos my lights are aimed properly and they almost have a nice cutoff like hid's. Now I'm not saying the cutoff is as good as hid's, but it's way better than any other Halogen output I've ever seen.

Bottom line, my lights don't blind anyone. I drive every single night in a highly populated traffic area and I've yet to have 1 single person high beam me, flash me, brake check me, or get mad.

So I guess I'm blinding everyone.... right? Since you seem to know everything about everyone's trucks?

You should re arrange the "ram 1500" emblems for them to be on top/below each other just like the 2013+ models have it.

Hahaha I guarantee Reedman Toll (dealer i traded it in at) just sent it to Auction without fixing the TIPM or the Heater Core. They knew all about those problems they were the dealer who diagnosed the problems right before my trade in.

I feel sorry for the person who is going to buy my old truck. They got quite a few repairs to do. Not to mention the Transmission was slipping and causing the truck to stall. Found that problem AS I was moving the truck after i was trading it in.

Stupid 3rd party lots.... buying trucks with major problems and asking $10k for them lol.

Black smoked... they were from ebay. They have the C bar tube in them.

I think your truck looks way better with those new 20" chrome clads and without the black fender flares.... those OEM flares should look really nice with your "RT" theme.

OEM Flares are on... the last few pieces that I need to finish the center console are either shipped or shipping soon. Either way I'll have my center console swap done by next Friday[emoji16]

I'm sorry I just went back and read my earlier reply to you and I have no idea why I said they were smoked. They were not smoked. They were just a black housing with a clear lens. They were bright as f*ck.

You should order the new Spyder C-Bar Taillights. You can pre-order them on Carid.com and they ship in like 2 weeks. They are wayyyyy nicer then the brand DTMoto is selling.

Yup... i love the new wheels, I just Plastidipped them too. The oem flares are so much cleaner looking and I'm going to LOVE my brand new all black (even the projector) oem projectors. Picking them up wednesday.

So my TYC Projectors were delivered today... just ordered the adapter harness from JJ. Hopefully that's here before the weekend and I can install these on Saturday.

Also have a set of the Opt-7 FluxBeam-X 9006 bulbs coming to see if I can fit them. I also have a pair of SNGL led bulbs coming that are specifically made for projector lenses so hopefully one of these fits. If I can't get either one to fit I'm just gonna return them and order an hid kit from JJ.

True lol... once I get my center console swapped in, I'm putting these lights on and then I'm going to relax with the truck for awhile. I do plan on opening up the TYC's and painting them and doing switchback led boards and halos but that won't be until the spring/summer. But even after that, maybe a set of taillights but overall I'm cutting back on mods on the truck. I've already spent a butt load and need to slow down.

Quick update:

I got a can of VHT Nightshades and tinted my rear taillights with 2 coats. One light, one heavy. Looks pretty good. Still need to do my 3rd brake light.

I just ordered some new LED bulbs and resistors for the brake lights and reverse lights. Should make it a lot brighter behind the VHT.

Still working on my custom/retrofit Quads. Should be done some time in March.

No further plans after the quads. Maybe do something with a full exhaust and a tuner like diablo or bullydog with a hemifever tune.
