There is something I keep doing, don’t know what, that keeps knocking out the one touch up close.

I can’t figure out how I keep de-programming it. (I know how to reprogram it.)

Is it possible using the sunroof, powered rear slider, is somehow knocking out the programming.

Any thoughts?

Mine is the same way. About every two weeks I have to do the relearn procedure.

Following this one..

My 2015 JGC did this with the seat memory. Everytime I reset it, it would go out the next time I turned the SUV off. I never found out why, and gave up.

I'd be interested for future knowledge if this happens to me. Just a though, could it be the switch/logic board in the panel? If you can find one cheap enough, I say swap it and see what happens.

I had posted last week, with limited feedback, about how I occasionally lose my one-touch up and need to reprogram it every couple of weeks.

Today, I used the one-touch-up, the window went up as expected, and the retracted about a 25% of the way down.

Any thoughts?

Moisture under the switch. My Camaro used to do that after I washed it.
Since it sounds to be intermittent it most likely to be a loose wire.
Another question is do you have in track vent visors? That could also cause it to do that.
I’ll be right here to help

No track vent. I suspect it is an anti-pinching safety. Wondering if the window is topping out and thinks there is an obstruction, reversing the window.

The owner’s manual has some really weird use case about situations that can cause the retraction and how to reprogram, like gravel uneven road, though none apply to me.

Having the dealer look at it.

Have you tried to program?

Lower window holding button down for 5 seconds when fully down. Raise window holding button up for 5 seconds when fully up.

Mine does the same but seems to happen daily. I’ll be changing out door speakers next week and will be looking for issues with the wiring.
