Well as it states I'm one year in and very happy to this point. I will start with what some may call issues and I just call annoyances. The first one is the driver side door lock button sometimes works and is sometimes sticky but the fob has never failed to unlock or lock so no biggy for me. The other is the usb stick when starting the truck is sometimes recognized and not at other times. This is not a big deal because if I unplug it and plug it into the slot beside it, bang it works. So that's it. By the one year mark on the F150 I was dealing with frozen locks, doors not latching closed, instrument cluster black out once but truck ran and had to have the ECM replaced under warranty.

Now the great things. This truck has more than enough power for me. I have towed trailers and cars this year, have also taken the truck on some pretty dodgy roads and driven in adverse conditions. Not once did it let me down or even give me a hint it was struggling. This is my first 3.92 Hemi Ram and it's a beast. I don't have a clue what I am getting for mileage as I don't have that info showing on the cluster. If I had to guess I would think low 15's or high 14's. I have a little over 10000 miles and the tires (Yokohama GO15 LT265/70R17E) look good as new and still have fantastic grip and are very quiet for an AT tire. The stereo (8.4 Uconnect) is a pleasant surprise, after reading everything posted I wasn't sure what I would think but it fills my needs just fine. The interior is great and I get compliments all the time from people who come from cars surprised at how quiet it is inside. Some are surprised at the power and everyone loves the Hemi growl. I have never really liked Black trucks but have to say the Ram Brilliant Black Crystal Pearl Coat has grown on me immensely. Last but certainly not least many have commented and I agree it looks Badass. Mine is all stock but looks like a truck with attitude. Never got that from my F150.

Just a follow up on the stock GO15 tires. They are at just under 16/32 tread depth after a year.

I know that sometimes it takes a little longer (up to a minute for the TIPM to recognize the 128GB lo-profile geek stick (full of tunes), but otherwise no worries on that front.

Now if only I can get the truck to play .flac and .ogg encoded music...

I'm on year two for my 18. Almost 7k miles. So far the only thing I've seen is the unlock button dosen't always work on the first press on the drivers door. But it always works on the second. So It might be me. I've had the radio do a hard reboot once. It froze in the agree screen until it went dark, then restarted. Has worked fine all the other times. Can't complain about the reliability or the features. I'm a satisfied owner. Afterall, we don't drive trucks anymore, we drive computers. I still drive my 98 to work so most of the commuting miles goes on that. The 18 is for highway use mostly.

I realize it might reduce the quality, but you can convert those to .mp3 online for free.

I have the tools to do it, just that the .ogg and .flac use lossless compression (I made them from rips off of my ancient collection of CDs). I did that to keep teh quality as high as possible. You can make .mp3 files that have almost the same level of quality, or at least close enough to not really tell too much of a difference (though they end up *big*, size-wise), but that would mean poring through the massive pile of music I have and batch-converting 'em. For now I just convert the ones I want and keep those off to the side.

FYI: I know you are happy with the stereo however if it's not the Alpine you can swap out the stock dash speakers for these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01E4JWG6I/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and it will make a big difference for you. Very easy to do. Glad to hear the truck is still going strong for you!
