I am about to buy a cold air intake. I had a K and N on my old 4.7l dak, and liked it fine. I didn't know if there was a better CAI for the new 4.7L in the 4th gen rams . What do you guys think or what is everyone running?

They are all going to be a smoother tube with a larger filter. From what I got from my research most of them use the factory lower airbox and about the same design. If you bought every intake on the market and dyno tested them all on the same truck you probably wouldn't see a 3hp difference between the best and the worst. Pick the one that you like the looks of the best and get that one.

Edit: I am looking at the Injen Powerbox, because it's the only one I found that advertises being Made in the USA

I agree with CrazyBen, they are all very similar and picking the one you like most is a good approach.
I initially purchased an aFe CAI for my truck, then returned it due to the intake pipe not fitting the air box correctly.
I now have the AIRAID and am happy with the quality and fit of it. The AIRAID is also an American built part which is good IMHO.

Glad to know this. I like the look of the airaid better than then Injen and they actually show a dyno chart. Happy to know it's made in usa.
