Could be in the wrong thread, but I have a 2019 classic, 5.7. My “Build List” is as follows so far:
Tailgate assist

Cold Air Intake

Window Tint

Wheel Spacers (For stock wheels which will be used as winter wheels)

Lift (2 1/2 level front RCX)

Tuner (Probably just dyno tune down the road after throttle body, intake, and exhaust are done to my liking)

Bore Throttle Body (I hear 90mm opens it up quite a bit)

Headers (Way down the road, this is gonna come last)

Exhaust (First thing to do, more infor down below)

Rhino Line (Tired of scratching what was my nice looking bed)

Tonneau Cover (Probably just a soft tri fold cover from summit)

My Question (for now) is with all of the options for an exhaust, I am contemplating on taking out all cats (no emissions in AR), ditching the resonators, and all mufflers, and just throwing a single muffler system on and tuning out my o2 sensors (assuming it doesn’t void my warranty). I can’t find ANY information on this though.

I also hear there is a way to modify the stock intake to make it a “cold air” but I haven’t looked too deep into it yet.

Supposedly with the exhaust, intake, and tube the truck will make 450hp, that’s my goal power wise, as it’ll be daily for quite a while, but still able to roll pretty quickly, and tow a trailer when I need it.

I would ask "Why?", but I realize I'm an old ******* that doesn't get why someone would disassemble a brand new truck to add all that stuff on it and drive it on the street at 55 MPH

If its a new 2019, don't mess with the warranty, unless you can cover any expenses that cause any issues.

You can get a good muffler replacement, or a catback. My Magnaflow #16869 catback bolts right up, and removes rear resonators. Better piping as well.
As far as tune, maybe try a Pulsar, bolts onto your PCM. Easily removable.
Tonneau, I bought a trifold Tyger brand, works perfect.
