Has anyone else noticed their 2500 feels/sounds more rickety than the 1500 model or is it just me?

I have my 6.4L 2500 and the wife has the 5.7L 1500 and hers has way less of a rickety sound/feel during normal drives around town and mine feels/sounds like it’s gonna fall apart. Is this normal?

Driving style and roads y’all each travel has a lot to do with the rattles. I have an ‘18 11K on the clock. Not a single rattle. I also drive it like a blue haired old man.
Side note:
I run only 93 octane gas and average mileage is 17.5 highway and 14.7 city

Although far nicer than 20 years ago, you are diving a heavier solid axle up front truck. As for rattles, shouldn't be any worse than a 1500.

I won't say mine has any rattles, but it sounds different over bumps because of how heavy the suspension is compared to how spongey a 1500 suspension is

I felt that way about my 14 1500 vs my 08 2500. The 08 was a truck, the 1500 was plastic fantastic... the entire truck seemed cheap/rickety.

My 18 2500 is solid, but not like the 08'.

Comparing the two the 2500 certainly feels heavier on the road and you can feel the difference in suspension but IMO it’s a positive feeling. The interior build quality is no different from the 1500. I don’t have any rattles or squeaks in my interior. None to speak of on my 1500 either.

I beat the unholy crap out of my 1500 on mountain roads. No rattles, no air leaks, no mushy feelings... period. 2017 model year w/ 23k miles if that helps.

I have one annoying rattle on my 1500. I'm not sure if it has to do with the install of the amp-research power steps. I need to get the truck up on a lift to see whats happening underneath when the steps on the driver side retract. Also happens when I go over a bigger bump in the road.

My 2500 has 94k on it. 20k of those are mine. Dirt roads, rough country roads and the precious owner I’m pretty sure was in construction. No rattles, vibrations or anything. Other than hitting bumps I hear stuff in my toolbox make noise.
