I've got ECL with P0481 & P0694 codes.
P0481- Cooling Fan 2 Control Circuit Malfunction

P0694 - Fan 2 Control Circuit High

I've checked the wiring, it's good. Changed Relay at Grill, no change. Replaced the Cooling Fan, now the fan won't even come on. It did with the Original but still the codes either way. AC/Heat Work fine too.

Is the next stop the TIPM?

Is the plug connector missing a metal tab inside the slot circled? The fan works via battery, just not a the plug.

Update:
Plug on harness has No voltage with Ign Off/On/AC On via probe connected to ground.
Plug on Harness has -12v with Ign Off/On/AC On connected via 12v battery terminal.
Relay is has 11.5-12V Ign Off/On/Ac On - Relay Clicks On/Off

Would this be more likely the TIPM? I don't see any issues with the wiring or prongs on the connectors.
