P0481 & P0694 Codes..

Recently got the P0481 & P0694 codes.

P0481- Cooling Fan 2 Control Circuit Malfunction

P0694 - Fan 2 Control Circuit High

Cleared em and came back shortly. Last time truck wouldnt start until I cleared the pending ones out.

Would these codes cause a No Start issue?
AC & Heat Work fine, fans work too, No overheating. Haven't tried replacing the Relay at the grill yet. Any ideas?
