2012 RAM 1500 5.7 P0481:2 or 3 pin connector?

Issue:
turn on the AC, in 10 minutes, the Engine warning light come, read it is P0481:Fan 2 Control Circuit
1st question:
This car don't have a 2nd Fan, how this issue means(only mean the Fan can't run from AC running?)?
Fan is ok can run, 2 relays are good, fuses are good, after 10 years, the TIPM got bad? (just repair my another 2012 Van in TIPM in same error code)
2nd question:
The circuit diagram show the cables to Fan is 3, but my Ram is only 2 cables, there is a black cable(ground) in male connector, but the female connector only have 2 pins(Fan side), it looks this is different diagram or previous some one repair it wrong?
here I test there is no another ground cable to the fan, because single 12v to any of the pin, the fan can't work, but the fan running when 12v and ground connect to the two pins.
BTW: My previous TIPM repair, is because the PCB board rusty and two line broken, the Fan control signal send by the relay K11, the data signal sent to TIPM from PCM, but the D/A excuse part failed, so the relay don't have a correct Control Level when AC running

I have the same issue, wiring harness has 3 wires but fan only has 2, did you figure out a solution?

Are you sure you don’t have 2 fans? You should have an electric radiator fan and a clutch fan coming off the water pump
