P0733 code 2018 ram 1500

Did some research but can’t figure out what I should do about the P0733 code. I had the trans fluid changes last week and is running better but engine light still coming on in the morning when cold.
Started like 3 months ago would be jerky in the cold mornings but then no issues after it’s warmed up. I have driven it on some long trips with no issues. It just hit 75k miles. Not sure if anyone has any help. Could it be coil packs? Should I have my mechanic change the solenoids. Does not run bad after it warms up. Sometimes seems to maybe stop shifting after hitting 4th gear still gettinf up to 80 but RPMs are high. Any recommendation I apreciate . I also did not have the filter changed just the fluid was hoping that would fix it. Could not changing the filter still cause the issues? The mechanic said the fluid was pretty dark . Code P0733 on a Ram 1500 indicates a "Gear 3 Incorrect Ratio," meaning the Transmission Control Module (TCM) detected a slip or speed mismatch while in third gear, often causing harsh shifting or limp mode. It is frequently caused by internal failure of the "D" clutch pack or damaged valve body, specifically common in 8-speed transmissions. Another cause could include low fluid.

Is it possible that the trans was not level and green sheet instructions not followed; and fluid level is low ?

Fluid isn’t low I just had it changed last week at probably the most reliable Transmission place in my area. The light goes off later in the day and since the change havemt had any hard shifting but the light still has came on a few times. Hasn’t affected my driving. I have driven for like a 3 hour trip down and back twice with no issues. I’ve read and watched a bunch of videos trying to figure it out .
