I installed a set of afe shorty headers back in July. The CEL came on and I cleared it, fast forward a couple months, CEL came on again. Cleared it again. Today CEL again. All 3 have been a P219B code. I am guessing I most likely have a small exhaust leak. Anyone else have this issue after header install?

Did you remove the o2 sensors for the install? Or did the exhaust get banged around or dropped? O2 sensors are super fragile and a drop from even a few inches could damage them. They also get mess up from contaminates like penetrating fluid.

Since the only change was headers, id say exhaust leak or o2 sensor. Check for leaks and inspect the o2 sensor wiring first.

No did not drop them or even take them out. Used very little oil on the bolts as well. I am guessing that it is from a leak somewhere. Guessing I am going to have to retighten bolts and recheck for leaks
